Our health plans are designed to fit around your goals and the level of support you need, without the pressure of maintaining weekly therapy sessions. Affordable and easy-to-access 30-Day Accountability Package, suitable for a range of support needs including fitness, nutrition, general wellness, anxiety, low mood and more. Designed to keep you motivated, supported, and on track toward your goals.

An introductory consultation to discuss your needs and customise your plan (choose your preferred contact method upon booking).
Your Health Plan - with tailored guidance to suit your goals.
Ongoing text support throughout the month to keep you accountable, assess progress, and make adjustments as needed.
Continuous support and encouragement to help you stay committed every step of the way.
*Please note, an initial deposit of £5 is taken upon booking your consultation which will be deducted from the total cost of your health plan. Your remaining payment will only be taken if explicitly agreed. You are not tied in to any transactions, further payment is only required to receive your health plan.
Rebirth & Renew Package - £34.99
The Rebirth and Renew package is a somatic refresher course designed to help you reconnect your mind, body, and soul.
You'll Receive:
An introduction into somatic release, overcoming mental blockages hindering progress (e.g. in the gym) or physical blockages preventing you from releasing anxiety, and more.
An Initial consultation to discuss your unique needs and goals.
A custom health plan tailored to help you overcome what's holding you back.
Two 30-minute Zoom calls designed across the month to deepen the connection between your mind and body.
Sessions that will help you release limiting patterns and embrace parts of yourself that may have been suppressed.
