Before a client joins a therapist/ coach in session, it is important to have a working agreement in place.
Payment Terms
If you wish to cancel or rearrange your session, provided you notify us within 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will not be charged for your missed session. If a payment has already been taken, we will transfer this to your rescheduled session. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will still be charged the regular fee. Discretion in some instances may be made.
Health plan deposits (£5) are non-refundable.
If you have paid your Health plan deposit and would no longer like to go ahead, we will not process any additional payments. Further payments for health plans or services are only processed with your explicit consent. Payments are securely completed via a Stripe link that we will send you to fill out.
We ask that any refund requests go to info@fitsoul.co.uk - if a refund is requested for a bundle payment, we may process this in smaller instalments.
Confidentiality
Any therapeutic/ coaching exchanges between Fit Soul and the client will remain confidential and no content shall be used for any other purpose. However if there is a concern about the clients or someone else’s safety we may need to breach confidentiality and inform authorities , this would be discussed with the client first.
Aspects of our work may be discussed with a supervisor to assist our work together and develop however your identity shall remain anonymous.
