When you join us, there are no time limitations on how long you can access 121s or health plans. You have the flexibility to arrange sessions whenever it suits you, and you're not tied to a fixed weekly slot (although that option is available). You can also reach out to us outside of sessions. Our aim is to create a growth experience that feels comfortable yet challenges you just enough to help you achieve real results. Long lasting - real results that you can carry with you for life.
