For just £5, we’ll spend 15 minutes focused on you, whether that’s discussing your goals, offering encouragement to keep you on track, or simply providing a compassionate ear. Think of it as a small but meaningful step toward clarity, connection, and support—because sometimes, a little chat is all you need to feel recharged and ready to move forward.

Our therapists & coaches provide fully bespoke, one-on-one support in a safe, private, and compassionate environment. With a commitment to ethical practice and limited client numbers, we ensure that you are not just another face in the crowd—you are seen, heard, and prioritised. Drawing on extensive training in a wide range of modalities, from talking therapies to healing techniques, our therapists meet you where you are and guide you toward the transformation you need, at your own pace, whenever you need.

We use the same powerful modalities as our 1:1 sessions, but with the added benefit of community support, allowing you to build meaningful connections that enhance the healing process.
