Hello, my name is Veronika and I am certified Psychotherapist and Psychologist, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Practitioner (CBT) , Rational Emotive Therapy Practitioner (REBT) and Arts Therapy Practitioner.
Also educated is Neurophysiology and Neuroscience.
My way of work is always based on individual approach, since there is no general nor universal type of Therapy that works for everyone. Each client/ patient is treated as a top one priority, which means I am always willing to adapt my working hours in a time of clients need, if urgent.
I don't believe that Therapy is possible without a huge amount of empathy towards the clients and each other, either/ or without work being put into ourselves.

We have to take a mental health seriously, especially in this modern world where old traditional Psychotherapy methods just aren't working no more.
It all just simply needed to be improved and modernised, in order to provide real healing and recovering.
